Collins Family Ministries exists to embody the love of Christ by providing compassion to families, at-risk young adults, and children who are experiencing hardship. We provide shelter to children and youth, strength to families and stability to our community.

Collins Family Ministries aspires to see children, young adults, and families flourishing in Christ-centered homes by providing support, resources, and guidance rooted in Christian values.
Our History
In 1977, Joe and Anne Rackley began the journey to establish the Roxie Anna Collins Children’s Home Ministry. The ministry was named for Joe’s grandmother, a devout Christian and pastor’s wife. Their legacy of love for children and families experiencing hardship lives on today through the programs and services we offer.
