In 1978, God called Joe and Anne Rackley to serve children, which changed their lives and continues to impact the lives of children and families today. After two years of dreaming, planning, and preparing, Collins Home Family Ministries took in their first child in 1980.
Over the past forty-five years, our residential children's home has cared for 489 children. Each number is a testament to our community's unwavering belief in the limitless potential of every child!
In 2025, we will introduce you to children who grew up at Collins Home Family Ministries, those who served as employees, and those who have supported us through service and contributions. Throughout 2025 we will celebrate our past and look towards our future. While its been an amazing forty-five years, we are sure God has only begun to reveal our limitless potential.
Jesus came to liberate us from limitations and empower us with His Holy Spirit to be made limitless.
2025 is our 45th year serving our community! We will persist in offering shelter to children (birth-21), intensify our efforts to strengthen families through the introduction of a new community-based counseling service, and enhance the stability of our community by extending support to those who have experienced life in foster care or group homes.
Your monthly gift of $50 covers a week of meals every month for one child
Your one time of gift of $250 provides seasonal clothing for one child
Your yearly gift of $1000 provides a year of clothing for one child
Your yearly gift of $2600 covers an entire year of meals for one child
